Agent worktime report

This report can show you detailed info about your users’ work time. Data in this report is divided for each day from the timeframe.

Here you can see daily information about work, talk and pause time summaries of your users, divided per project they worked on. Additionally, this report contains time frames for each pause the user took on the project (Time frame is presented by start and end hour of the pause).

• Date: Date the data in the current line refers to
• Project: Project the data in the current line refers to
• User: User the data in the current line refers to
• Work Time: Summary time of being logged into Power Dialer
• Talk Time: Summary time of all calls that connected
• Pause Time: Summary time the agent was on a pause in Power Dialer

Pause 1..n: Time stamps of start and end of each pause agent took during their work time. Next pauses are generated in the next columns of the sheet.
