To start calling in CrazyCall you need to import a database of numbers into the application. It's very easy and you can do it by yourself. To do that please go to "Import" tab in your campaign. You'll be asked there to choose a file to import. You will be able to upload a .CSV, .XLS and .XLSX type files. Each file needs to have a column title in a first row and each number needs to have a country prefix at the beginning. It can be +1, 001 or just 1.
Once you will choose a file to import the system will detect a separator and a column with phone number, although please make sure if he has done it correctly. You should see screen like this:
If everything is okay just click Load records and you'll be ready to go! If you want to have more options during the import, you can always use our advanced importer.
