Tags give you a great possibility to match particular agents with some records. Above that they allow you to set priorities which records are more import and should be called first.
Imagine you have a campaign, which calls 3 different countries - US, France and Spain. You have three agents which call that campaign: John, who speaks English, French and Spanish, Bob, who speaks French and Spanish and Mary who speaks only English.
Thanks to tags you can have one big database in one campaign and it will be called properly. You do not have to divide t before uploading and creating different campaigns. Here’s what you have to do
- You have to create 3 different records tags - #us, #france and #spain and 3 different agents tags - #speaksEN, #speaksFR, #speaksES
- Tag agents - John will be tags with tags #speaks_en, #speaks_fr and speaks_es, Bob with #speaks_fr and speaks_es and Mary with speaks_en
- Tag records in „Records” tab accordingly to their countries.
- Go to „Tags” tab in the campaign and create a new rule
When creating such a rule you need to remember what you want to accomplish. We wanted to divide records into proper speaking agents so you should set it like this:
Agents with tags #speaks_en calls only #us
Agents with tags #speaks_fr calls only #france
Agents with tags #speaks_es calls only #spain
In such s scenario John will call to all three countries, Bob will call only to France and Spain and Mary will call only to US.
Countries were only an example. You can accomplish much more with tags. Basically you can personalize your database. You can have dedicated database for each agent, send better leads to better salesperson or even define what records should be called first, second etc. To do that you have to use section options when creating a rule. You can think about each section as a priority number. When you have few sections not all rules will be applied simultaneously. At first records from the highest section will be called and when they end a second section will apply.
When setting a rules you need to remember that when records with a particular tag will end and there are no other rules that apply to that agent, he will start calling records with no tags at all.
