Teams are very essential in CrazyCall. They are required in campaign when you want to start calling. To create a team you need to go into Staff section and click "New team" button. Additionally you can create a team straight from the campaing, in the "Teams" tab.
On this screen you can enter your team's name and choose to which campaign a team should be assigned. The externalID field is option and it's used when you want to connect the team with external, 3rd party system. Below that you have a possibility to select what agents should be members of this team. When clicked they will be moved to the list on the right. Additionally you can select a user, who should be a team leader. Agents assigned to the team will be able to see the campaign in the call panel and call from it. Team leaders on the other hands will see this campaign in the manager panel and will be able to see statistics and reports.
