CrazyCall allows you to set up custom validators for the fields in the script. You can find them in general settings, under "Validators" tab. Each validator allows you to add a new question in the script in Form type question. They force an agent to provide a data in a specific format. For example if you set up an e-mail validator an agent won't be able to provide data in any other format than the e-mail format (i.e. firstname.lastname@example.org).
To set up a validator you need to use a Regular Expression. It is a dedicated sequence of characters that define a pattern. This way you can use it for any data you want - a phone number, a date of birth, a social number and many more.
