Every company has its own, different security settings. We are aware of the fact that some companies prefer to have those settings rigorous and some do not have so strict policy about that. That's why we decided to give you an option to set those settings by yourself. We have two types of those settings. You can find both of them in General Settings under "Account" tab
1. Password settings
Those settings allow you to set requirements to the password users are using. You can set minimum length as well as how long the first generated password should be. You can also set if the password should have any special characters - digits, lower and capital letters and other kinds of special characters. The last setting allows you to set how often and if the password should be changed.
2. User settings
Here you can set up the authentication method and we have 3 of those - via SMS, Email and Email and SMS. This setting indicates how password (reminders and for new users) will be send. Additionally you can set if the user should be blocked after X attempts to log in and if his account should be inactive after some time during which he did not log in.
