Thanks to that report you will be able to see which records and by whom are set as not verified. This status is set when an agent did not set any status on the record. If the record was not set as a success, schedule, autoschedule or was not closed with a custom status, it will receive the ‘not verified’ status. It also shows you the event date and the record data, like phone number and External ID. Thanks to that, you will easily find these records in the manager panel and set a proper status
The number and names of the columns in this report are unchanged for all campaigns.
