This report shows information about how many records have been called, how many of them contacted and how many have finished with a success. Under the contacted records we mean records, that were answered by a client. Downloaded records column shows you records (unique), which in a specific period of time had at least one action taken by the agent or the manager. The actions taken by the agent or manager are not only related to connection attempts or edition of individual records, but also to the mass actions like closing or rescheduling for now. What is very important, the B column does not have to be the sum of the C and D columns.
