In Crazy Call application you can check your statistics not only through the reports, but also by using our live dashboards and analytics. In this place you can quickly and easily check your parameters and indicators like HR or CR, as well as find out how many records have been downloaded by the agents, what’s their current status, how many calls were ended with a success or how many working hours have been taken in specific day. The summary dashboard is displayed on the main screen in application, where you are able to see every active campaign. You will see there two big diagrams that show successes and working hours. Important thing is that all of these data relate to the present day. Under the diagrams, you will find information about the calls - how many tries were taken, how many records were closed, how many were effective, as well as how many calls ended with the success status. You can also check how many agents are currently talking and how many of them are on a break at the moment.
If you want to see advanced statistics for each campaign, you need to go into this campaign and choose “Analytics” tab. You can check there all the important metrics, but first you need to select the period of time you are interested in. Once you do it you will see diagrams with some important metrics - Contact rate, Hit rate and Success rate, as well as effectiveness, work time, the amount of successes, fetched by hour and the amount of closed records. You can choose each metric and see the diagram for it. Underneath these data, you will find the overall statistic for each agent and team in a campaign. You will be able to choose each agent and see the diagram for him. Thanks to that you will be able to compare agents and teams easily.
