In CrazyCall we have 4 status of campaigns - Active, Incomplete, Archived and Test. You will be able to find them, under separate tabs in Campaign menu. Each of campaign differs from each other and you can think of them as a stages.
All freshly created campaign can be found there. Thanks to that you will be able to set up everything before you start calling. When campaign is in this tab agents will not be able to see them in the Call Panel. Once everything is ready to go you will have to active the script. The campaign will be moved to the "Active" campaign then.
You will be able to find here all campaigns which are ready to call or are already being called. Campaign from this tab are visible for agents in the Call Panel
Whenever the campaign stopped and is no longer needed you will be able to archive it. Thanks to that you will always have access to analytics and reports from that campaign. Agents will not be able to call on archived campaign, but if there is a need you will be able to make the campaign active again.
Test campaigns allow you to create a kind of sandbox. The campaign will behave like a live campaign and you will be able to test everything, including calling, but nothing will go out outside of that test environment. You can read more about it here.
