Test campaigns allows you to test CrazyCall in practice before you call real clients. Test campaign works and behaves exactly the same as a normal campaign, but it will not make a connection with the numbers you have imported. Thanks to that you will be able to test every single feature and also use it as a trainee environment for new agents.
Test campaigns are created exactly the same as normal ones with only one difference. During a creation you need to check the box "Test". When it's created you can find it under "Incomplete" tab and just like a normal campaign you need to add an active script to make it active. Once it's done you will be able to find it in "Test" tab.
As we have mentioned at the beginning, the main difference between a test and a normal campaign is that you will not be able to make a call to the real client. Even if you import normal phone numbers, the application will not make the connection, although the call panel will behave like the connection was made. The behavior depends on the penultimate digit of a number and based on that the application will do as follows:
0 - connection error, e.g. 123 456 705
1, 4, 7 - busy, e.g. 123 456 715
2, 5, 8 - do not receive, e.g. 123 456 725
3, 6 - received (1h echo), e.g. 123 456 735
9 - received (1h without echo), e.g. 123 456 795
Thanks to that agents will be able to use and test the call panel without being worried that they call an actual client. In the call panel, as well as manager panel, a test campaign will be marked with a small orange "Test" box, but during the call you will see no difference. The script will be displayed just like in normal campaigns.
