CrazyCall allows you to mark each call with a status. This way you will exactly know when a customer has bought something or why he was not interested. Thanks to that knowledge you will be able to take an action and improve your sales funnel. We have two types of closing status in CrazyCall:
Custom status - you can define as many statuses as you want. To use them during the call you need to click on "Other status" button on the yellow bar at the bottom. Once you click on it you will see a list of all statuses you have added. What is important they do not end the call automatically, but you will not be able to provide answers in the script.
Success - it is used when a call has ended successfully, for example when a sale was made or an appointment has been set. You can mark a call with a success when you went through the script. At the end of it you will see a summary along with the "Save Success" button.
