In most of our plans we offer 4 standard roles - administrator, agent, team leader and supervisor. Each of this role is dedicated for a different type of job.
Agent - this role is very simple and is dedicated to person whose job is to do the calling only. People with this role can only see and use a call panel, nothing more.
Supervisor - this role is dedicated to a full time manager. It has full access to the campaigns and users. A person with that role can edit campaign's settings, import new records, manage them, add new users, do a bulk actions on records and many more.
Additionally in the highest plan we give you an opportunity to create your own roles in addition to the ones that already exist.
