When you need to take a break from work you need to go onto pause in CrazyCall - otherwise the application will be calling a new number each time the call ends. To do that you need to click on a pause icon located on the upper right corner of the call panel. Pressing this button will not interrupt the current call. Application will not dial next one and will switch you into pause status.
Once you are on pause you are able to see few important statistics. You will be able to see how many success have you had, the calling time and the pause time (current and global). Additionally you will be able to see how you are seen in comparison the rest of the agents from the team. To resume calling you will need to click on a "Continue" button. If you would like to finish work for today you can logout or exit the campaign on the upper right corner.
