How To Install CrazyCall Browser Extension

Installation of the CrazyCall browser extension is quick and easy, even if it’s your first contact with the app.

How to add CrazyCall Add-on to your browser

Enter the Chrome Webstore and type CrazyCall in the search box:

Once you open the CrazyCall extension window, click on the ‘Add to Chrome’ button.

Then you will be asked to confirm your selection. To do this, press on the ‘Add extension’ button.

Once you add it, you’ll notice a new “C” icon added to your Chrome toolbar:

When you click on the red icon, you’ll see the following pop-up window:

How to log in

Now you’ll need to login to start using your CrazyCall browser extension. Click the “Log in” button and you’ll see the same window that appears when you log in or sign up for CrazyCall account for the first time.

What follows next will differ depending on if you’re a new or existing CrazyCall user.

New CrazyCall users

If you’re new to CrazyCall, you’ll first need to create an account. To do this, please click the "Register" button and enter your details. Then you'll see a list of countries from which you can get the number. You’ll be identified by it when calling your leads and clients, so choose the one that best suits your needs. You can later add and adjust numbers in the app - to learn more read this feature.

Your first project will be created for you automatically, so you can start making and taking calls right away. You can always adjust your project settings in the app - you’ll find it under the Projects tab in the main menu. To learn more, you can check this Quick Guide.

Existing CrazyCall users

If you’ve used CrazyCall before, log in with your credentials. If there is more than one account associated with your email address, you’ll need to choose which one you want to work with in your CrazyCall browser extension.

Then, if you’ve got more than one project created in your selected account, you’ll need to pick which one you want to use in your browser extension:
