Here’s how to understand this report:
- Project - is the name of the project in which calls were made.
- Downloaded - total number of contacts ever called, edited or subject to bulk actions like closing or rescheduling.
- Contacted - is the number of contacts that were called and answered.
- Successes - the number of calls marked with the ‘Save Success’ status.
