It's pretty simple. Your total monthly charge includes subscription and low-cost telecommunication services. The actual cost of subscription depends on the number of active users.
At the moment we accept all major credit cards, including Visa, Mastercard and American Express.
You can select the plan in the ‘Billing’ section of the main menu. Simply enter the ‘Plan’ tab and you’ll see all our plans. Choose the one that best corresponds with your business needs and add number of users you’ll want to have active access to your account. Your final cost will depend on this selection, as we charge you per user per month.
If you’ve never entered your card details, you’ll be prompted to do it now. Once you’re done, click on the ‘Buy’ button to confirm your selection and your plan will become active.
Absolutely. Whether you're growing or scaling back, you can change your plan at any point in time. Just be aware that if you switch to a lower plan in the middle of a billing cycle, the new plan will only take effect after the current billing cycle ends.
Change your subscription details in ‘My account’. In the ‘Plan’ section you’ll find your existing plan, as well as number of users for whose active access you need to pay. To modify your current settings please use the ‘Change’ buttons on the right.
Please note that if you want to reduce your monthly fee by limiting the number of active users, you first need to deactivate their accounts - this can be done in the ‘Users’ tab in the main menu. Once this step is done, you’ll be able to decrease the number of users which will reduce your monthly cost.
Each active user of your account receives 1000 free monthly minutes that can be used to call to 20, 40 or 60 countries - depending on the plan you choose. The more users you add, the more minutes you’ll have at your team’s disposal.
What’s important is that your minutes are shared between all your team members. So it’s not a problem if one of your users exceeds his or her monthly allowance if your other agents don’t use up their minutes.
Please note that the 1000 free minutes must be used within the given billing cycle. If you still have some left at the end of it, they won’t be added to your next month allowance.
Sure. You’re able to add funds to call any mobile and / or landline in the world with your pre-paid calling account.
Depending on the plan you choose, you’ll be able to use your free minutes package to call:
- 20 countries in Plan A: enjoy free landline connections in Brazil, Canada, China, Denmark, France, Germany, Iceland, Ireland, Israel, Italy, Mexico, the Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, United Kingdom, USA.
- Mobile connections in: China, Mexico.
- 40 countries in Plan B: all countries included in Plan A plus free landline connections in Argentina, Australia, Austria, Chile, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Greece, Hungary, India, Luxembourg, Malta, Martinique, New Zealand, Norway, Peru, Puerto Rico, Russia, Slovakia, South African Republic, South Korea.
- Mobile connections as in Plan A plus: India, Norway, Puerto Rico, Sweden, United Kingdom.
- 60 countries in Plan C: all countries included in Plans A&B plus free landline connections in: Andorra, Bangladesh, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Dominican Republic, Estonia, Finland, Guadeloupe, Hong Kong, Japan, Lithuania, Malaysia, Mongolia, Panama, Reunion, San Marino, Singapore, Taiwan, Venezuela.

You can view a full list in the app - enter the ‘Billing’ tab in the main menu. It’s displayed in the plans section.
You can view your team’s monthly minutes allowance in ‘My account’ - it is displayed in the ‘Minutes in Package’ section. Use the round diagram to view how many minutes you’ve got left and how many you’ve used on the day.
You can always check your balance in ‘My account’. It is displayed in the ‘Balance’ section, together with an option to set email notifications whenever your balance drops below $10. Enter your address and you’ll be always up to date with the state of your account funds.
Enter ‘My account’ and proceed to the ‘Balance’ section. Insert the amount you want to add to your account and confirm your selection clicking the ‘Add’ button. Your card will be charged with the inserted amount.
You can also decide to add funds automatically whenever your balance drops below $10. Use the toggle and specify the amount you want to add in such case.
Enter ‘My account’ and go directly to the ‘Invoice’ section. It’s the place where you’ll see all your payments with receipts. Simply click on the download icon on the right to receive a PDF file for your selected invoice.
You’ll be prompted to insert your card details when you select the plan for the first time. This is necessary to complete your purchase. You can later change your card details in ‘My account’.
Sure, you can! Enter ‘My account’ and go to the ‘Balance’ section. Switch on the ‘Let me know when balance drops below $10’ toggle and insert your email address. From now on, you’ll receive an email whenever your funds go below this threshold.
Enter the ‘Billing’ tab in the main menu and select the ‘Pricing’ section. Once there, search for the country you’re interested in, choose the number you want to add and confirm your selection clicking on the ‘Buy phone number’ button.
You can purchase as many numbers as you wish to use in your projects - there is no limit. However, bear in mind that apart from a one-time setup fee you’ll need to pay for each number on a monthly basis.
You can find a price list of numbers from all available countries in the ‘Billing’ tab of the main menu. Once you open it, enter the ‘Pricing’ section and search for the country you’re interested in. You’ll be given prices for all different types of numbers that are available for this country (national, local, mobile etc.).

You can find all international connection rates under the ‘Billing’ tab in the main menu. Enter the ‘Pricing’ section and search for the country you wish to call to.
You’ll be presented with all available rates depending on the type of number you’re going to call - general mobile and landline or from a specific service provider.
