‘My account’ section provides you with all your subscription, balance, remaining minutes and billing information in one place. It’s available to users assigned with the Owner role only. Learn more about changing user details and roles in this article.
You can access ‘My account’ section by opening the dropdown menu in the top right corner of the Manager Panel or under https://app.crazycall.com/account.
Here’s what you’ll see when you open ‘My account’ section:
Here you can view your current subscription details, including the number of users with active access. As you’re charged per person per month, you’ll also view your total monthly cost.
You can upgrade or downgrade your plan or number of users at any given time of your billing cycle - simply click on the ‘Change’ button on the right.
Please note that if you decide to downgrade your plan, the difference in price may be returned with the next payment, by subtracting from your monthly subscription.
This section presents all minutes available in your subscription. With each active user you receive 200, 500 or 1250 free minutes every month (depending on the plan you choose), so the number here will reflect your team’s total.
What’s important is that your minutes are shared between all your team members. So it’s not a problem if one of your users exceeds his or her monthly allowance if your other agents don’t use up their minutes
You can use the free minutes to call 123 different countries. Of course, you can still reach other countries - simply add funds to your accounts and enjoy our competitive connection rates.
Use the round diagram to view how many minutes your team’s already used and how many more you’ve got left. You can also check your usage on the day to better control your allowance spending.
This section lets you check your current funds, add more money to your account as well as set an email notification whenever your balance drops below set amount.
To add funds, simply enter the desired amount and press the ‘Add’ button. Your submitted card will be debited for this sum automatically.
If you want to ensure you never run out of funds on your account, use the ‘Add funds automatically when my balance drops below $10 toggle. Specify the amount you want to add in such case and press ‘Save’. You can always adjust or remove it a later stage
Another option is to set email notifications whenever your balance drops below certain amount. Switch on the toggle and enter your email address and the amount on which you want to be alerted to be always up to date with regards to your account funds.
In this section you’ll find the list of all phone numbers connected to your account. If the number was added as a paid one, you’ll be able to see the monthly price of the number, and you’ll also be able to detach such numbers from your account. Free phone numbers cannot be detached.
In this section you’ll find details of all your past payments with receipts. You can also add your company details to adjust billing information on your invoices.
Submit your card details here, so your subscription and telecommunication charges can be automatically settled every month.
You can always change your card at a later stage.
