The ‘Schedule next contact’ button will come in handy if during the call your contact says he or she is too busy right now to talk.
You can manually postpone the call to a different date and time. Such contact gets rescheduled and will be dialed automatically at the date and time provided by you during the call.
- Click the toolbar button located at the bottom of your call panel.
- Use the calendar to select the date and time for which you wish to reschedule the call.
- Add an optional note with a reason for such change.
- Click the ‘Reschedule’ button to confirm your selection.
