You can search the whole base of your contacts to find only the ones matching your specific criteria or needs. You’ll find this option helpful when you need detailed information about one or couple of your leads or clients, for example, when you want to evaluate your efforts and plan next steps.
When you enter the application, you’ll see the Contacts tab in the main menu.
This is where you’ll find your global list of contacts. It’s also the place where you can check details on a particular lead or client with all related data - including its status, last time it was called and more.
Adding search criteria will help you narrow down the results, so you’ll only view entries relevant to your specific needs. To apply them please press on the filters icon on the right. Then you’ll see the following window where you’ll be able to add criteria to filter your contacts list:
If you activate the ‘Last Event’ toggle, you will be able to browse your contacts only with regards to the latest event associated with each entry.
You can also make use of some basic presets. They are available in the top part of the screen:
These include the following options:
- Events today - presents all events on given contacts that happened on the same day as you check.
- Calls today - displays all calls made on the same day as you check.
