Sometimes while on a call you may get asked to dial another number or update contact details of a lead or company.
With our call panel you can easily adjust details of a given contact without the need to import a new number to your account.
To add another number to a contact while on a call you need to:
- Click on the gear icon under the number you’re currently speaking to.
- Enter a new number and specify if this number should be treated as main or a secondary one. You can also mark the current number you are calling as ‘Do not call’.
Additionally, you can also add a note, for instance with information who gave you this number or any other data you need.
As an alternative for adding number to Do Not Call list, you can also do it by clicking the button next to Number Configuration. Repeated clicking on the same button will unblock it, in case you do it by mistake.
