While you can import separate contacts lists to each of your projects, there is also a space with a global list of all numbers that have ever been imported to your account. To access it, please click the ‘Contacts’ tab in the main menu.
It lets you check if the given contact was called or still remains open, together with every action performed on a particular number, including information on which user added this event etc. Similarly to our reports, data here is organized in columns which are constant.
Here’s how to make the most of the global contacts list in CrazyCall.
You can search the whole base of your contacts to find the ones matching your specific criteria or needs. Learn more how to best look for your contacts from this article.
Once you see the list of contacts matching your search criteria, you can click on a particular event date to access its details. For example, you can view its history, including how many times it was rescheduled and more.
Please remember that this option is only available to contacts that have already been called. There will be no data to display if your lead or customer is marked as ‘Open’, so you won’t be able to click on the given event date to get more information.
When you browse your list of contacts matching your specific set of criteria, you can download it as a file. To do so, click on the ‘Export results’ button on top of the screen and an .xlsx file will be automatically downloaded to your computer.
In that way, you’ll be able to archive and access your contacts history even when going offline.
