While creating your first project you’ll be able to choose the number you want to be identified by when calling your leads and clients. Pick a country and a number from the list of suggestions - the first one is free and included in your CrazyCall plan.
In many cases having one number will be sufficient for your needs, but sometimes you may want to add and use a different one, for instance when calling abroad or managing multiple projects. Our app lets you change your numbers manually. There’s also an option to add your own business number. Here’s how to do it.
If you have more than one number to choose from in your projects can help you increase your overall performance. For instance, having a local number for every country you’re calling to can greatly improve your contact rates. To use additional numbers you will first need to buy them.
There’s no problem if you want to use more than one number in your projects. To add one or more numbers to your account you can buy them directly in the app. Just click Get a new number in the Project’s Settings.
Then you should select the country you want a phone number from and click Order or Buy Now depending on the number chosen.
You’ll get informed when your number will be ready to use. There’s no limit as to how many numbers you can use in your account.
To see the details about a particular number you should choose Inbound Setting in the main menu. Once you click on a particular number you’ll see in which projects you’re currently using it.
To change the number in a particular project you need to go to that project’s settings. Then you should see the ‘Numbers’ tab on the left bar:
Here you can check what numbers you’re currently using. To change it, just open the list with numbers you have assigned to your account and choose the one you want to be identified by in this project.
Once you have your phone number selected, you could proceed with importing your contacts list and start calling your leads and clients right away.
