Before you can start calling you need to create a project space within which you can organize your calls to leads and customers. This will help you to better plan all different aspects and settings of your activities.
You can create multiple projects for every new product you sell or any other idea you might have to keep your work organized. They can vary on basically all grounds: a different script, phone number, country of destination and more.
When you create a new account and log in to it for the first time, you will be asked to choose a phone number and your first project will be created automatically. When you want to add more projects, then you need to go into Projects section in the menu and click on the ‘Add New’ button on top of the screen.
You need to fill out the following sections in order to create your project:
- General Settings - your project needs a meaningful name. The best option is to pick a name that tells you immediately what this project is about. The only rule it that your project name has to be unique and can’t be used twice.
- Project Photo - set it up to differentiate your project. You can choose a picture you like from the provided options. You can change the photo anytime you want on your project’s settings.
- Script - assign one of the earlier created scripts, which contains everything you want to talk about with a lead or client. Something like a guide with steps telling you what to ask next. You can create it using our Script Creator. It can be edited as many times as you need.
- Numbers - during this step you need to choose the number you want to be identified by. CrazyCall offers a wide range of local phone numbers you can use. If you need more number options - contact our support.
Note: If the main phone number assigned to the project is non-european one, you’ll get one more european number for calling clients and leads in Europe to reduce your connection costs.
Remember that elements such as a script can really make your work a lot easier, so make sure you use them. And if you want to further customize your project more go into the Project’s Settings tab.
