Pipedrive is a web-based sales CRM designed to help businesses manage intricate or lengthy sales activities and monitor deals. Pipedrive allows sales teams to streamline the process of converting leads to successful sales and gives them a full visibility of different pipelines.
Integrating CrazyCall with Pipedrive allows you to easily and quickly import contacts directly from a specific Pipedrive’s stage to your account via API token instead of importing contact details manually.
How to find API token in Pipedrive
Each Pipedrive user has his own personal API Token. To find it, first you need to login to your Pipedrive account and click Settings at the right top side. Then navigate to API at the left sidebar and copy your personal API token.
If you don't have one, then please click Generate new token.
Connect your accounts
Once you have your API token found, you can connect both accounts. To start with, please click the Integrations tab in the main menu and choose Pipedrive.
At the next step you’ll be asked to enter your token in order to get connected.
Import contacts
Once you're done, you can import contacts from a specific Pipedrive’s stage to start making calls.
To do this, choose the project to which you want to import contacts. Click Import contacts on top of the screen and choose Import next to the Pipedrive logo.
Next, you should choose a stage you’d like to import contacts from.
Once the stage is chosen, you’ll see the contacts preview.
Our app will detect a main phone number column automatically, although please make sure if it’s done correctly.
If everything looks alright, click Import contacts and it’s done! You’ve just successfully imported contacts to your project from the Pipedrive’s stage and can immediately start calling them.
