Preparation is paramount!
If you’re aware of who you are calling and what you’re calling for, what to talk about and a way to start a conversation, you’re gaining in self-confidence, appearing more professional in caller’s eyes. Actually, this is the main reason why we provide you with a possibility of setting time before the call starts.
To do that, you need to go to campaign settings. On the screen below you can see that you have nothing to do but enter time (in seconds), after which each number will be dialed.
By default, time is set to zero, but you can enter it according to your requirements.
Note: Make sure, you have saved the changes. To do this, please press “Save” button on the bottom of “Campaign data” screen.
Now, whether you import a large contact database or use “Single Call Option”, time before each call in the given campaign will be equal to defined in the campaign settings.
